Junior Royals hold Sunderland to a goalless draw

March 25: In the Future Champions 2014 Gauteng match at South Africa, a disciplined performance allowed the junior Royals a 0-0 draw against English Premiership side Sunderland AFC. Wahingdoh kept Sunderland at bay, denying them any real opportunities to score.

Royal Wahingdoh are now placed second in the Group with 2 points from two games, while South African Mamelodi Sundowns are on top with 6 points from two matches. Sunderland AFC and USYSA Select have a point each from their two matches.
